The Einhell CE-BC 2 M battery charger is an intelligent battery charger with microprocessor control for a wide range of vehicle battery types. Adapted to the technically sophisticated and powerful batteries of today's vehicles, the battery charger has a number of technical protection and maintenance mechanisms. The focus of the development was on fast, gentle charging, so that the longest possible battery life is achieved at full power. Operating the charger is easier thanks to a detailed charging display compared to conventional devices. The Einhell all-rounder is suitable for gel, AGM and maintenance-free and low-maintenance lead-acid batteries. The CE-BC 2 M automatically adapts to the battery voltage of 12 V vehicles and the multi-stage charging cycle of the Einhell battery charger is automatically monitored and regulated by the microprocessor control. The intelligent control electronics analyze the connected battery and take the right steps depending on the situation. The triple protection charging function protects and preserves the battery for a permanently ideal charging state. This makes the CE-BC 2 M particularly suitable for seasonal vehicles with long periods of inactivity: instead of slowly draining the battery completely and risking deep discharge, the battery is gently maintained at the optimum level through charging. This extends the service life and prevents the costly replacement of a damaged vehicle battery. Cars, motorcycles or scooters are immediately ready for use at the start of the season. A winter charge has been specially developed for outside temperatures below 5 ° Celsius. Automatic protection against overcharging, short circuit and reverse polarity protects both the charger and the battery. The Einhell battery charger meets protection class IP 65, making it waterproof and protected against jets of water. The LED battery voltage and charging progress display shows at a glance the battery's charge status and the mode the charger is set to. The device distinguishes between charge levels of 25 percent, 50 percent, 75 percent and 100 percent, 12 V vehicle charging and "winter mode". A warning light immediately draws the user's attention to any problems. Thanks to the fully insulated battery terminals, the Einhell battery charger can be connected easily and safely. The housing has a hanging recess for wall mounting.
