The Power X-Change batteries can be used universally to provide power and endurance to every cordless tool from the entire garden and workshop product family. The chargers in the series can also be used universally for every PXC rechargeable battery. The advantages for the customer are obvious: A simple battery and a single charger for all tools not only saves significant purchase costs, universal use also helps protect the environment and provides flexibility in the home and garden. It also eliminates the clutter and chaos of having different batteries and chargers for each individual tool. The high-quality battery resists the memory effect and self-discharge usually associated with batteries, to provide consistently high power. The 18 V 2.5 Ah Power X-Change is the ideal basic battery in the Power X-Change family and is also suitable for TWIN-PACK use for 36 V applications. The active battery management system controlled by the ABS process has a microprocessor for permanent monitoring of the battery parameters. It therefore ensures maximum safety, optimal tool performance, maximum runtime and maximum service life. The current charge level can be checked on a 3-step LED display. The housing is designed to be resistant to dust, corrosion and mechanical influences. . With the help of the handle, the battery can be easily removed from all devices. The high-speed battery charger has a compact design and therefore takes up little space and there are integrated hanging holes for easy wall mounting. High-speed charging technology means short charging times and for optimal charging and maximum safety the battery is permanently monitored by an intelligent charge management system.
